Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders process in 1 to 3 business days. Most pieces ship from US warehouses and arrive within 2 to 9 business days after that; each product page shows its own estimate. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it has not arrived within 30 days, email us for a refund or reshipment.

What is your return policy?

How do exchanges work?

Return the eligible item first; once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and we never store your card details.
